Tahlia Malakhai is a character I’m developing for an RPG I was invited into. It’s a magic based world, but in modern times with modern conveniences, she lives in what’s left of an ancestral castle, it's seen better days (mush like her family), was mostly destroyed in the last war (about a hundred years ago, and which started the slow decline of her family, who despite reality still seem to fancy themselves as having the wealth and power of their title), the parts that still stand are the main keep and the north tower, most of the outer wall and the other towers are ruins, it's been renovated and fixed up, brought up to modern standards, but you wouldn't know it from the outside. What’s left of the castle’s support town to the east can be seen on the other side of the surrounding forest from the top of the north tower.

And that’s about all I know about her so far, except that she’s tired of being treated like a child and wants to be out; she’s spent almost her whole life confined to the castle grounds and near forest when she could slip away from her parents. Everything else, I’m looking forward to discovering.
